Sharon’s experience of working in senior roles in Human Resources, working with executive leadership teams gives her an excellent understanding of how to lead teams, navigate complexity, cultivate relationships, develop leaders, helping her coachees to maximise their effectiveness in their role. A coaching programme will typically be for around 6 months, it can be shorter or longer depending on the coaching goal. Coaching is about creating sustainable change. Through questioning, listening and exploring what’s going on and removing blockers, we will work together on specific coaching objectives to get you where you want to be, that might be changing behaviour or implementing tools and strategies to enhance your leadership or finding purpose and direction. We have a practical approach and like to work with you on things that can be implemented into your work and life straight away.
