
Sharon Morse
Sharon is an Executive coach and leadership development professional who works with individuals, teams and organisations to empower them to be successful in all aspects of their lives. She has been a trusted business advisor to senior executives and has a deep understanding of how organisations work, making leaders and teams more effective, excelling in stakeholder engagement and what it takes for businesses and individuals to be successful.
Sharon is experienced in designing and delivering successful development initiatives to enhance leadership effectiveness, personal growth and culture change. She has extensive experience working strategically with organisations, leaders and people making her a highly effective coach. Sharon has over 20 year’s experience working across different sectors and geographies in strategic partnering, transformational change and organisational effectiveness roles. Her most recent corporate role was Head of Leadership & Talent at RBS with 13,000 people, where she led a team of people, developing leaders and talented individuals and focusing on leadership team effectiveness. She designed and was responsible for a future leaders programme winning a HR Distinction award in Talent Management and raising over £400k for charities. Sharon has worked with large corporations, charities and small businesses.

Qualifications and Professional Memberships
An accredited Coach (Coaching Academy, International Coaching Federation), Sharon also has a Post Graduate Diploma in Human Resources (CIPD Qualified). She is a NLP Practitioner and is accredited in MBTI step 1 & 2 and in Facilitation Skills Training (Kinharvie Institute). She is a member of the Association for Coaching and the Essex Co-Coaching Facilitator, Association for Coaching. She is interested in the fields of neuroscience and mindfulness and has regular supervision to support her own development.
Personal life
Sharon has two children and two ponies. She is passionate about learning and always listening to a podcast, enjoys being outside, being by the sea, running, yoga and horse riding.

Lee Morse
Lee is an experienced consultant and board director who helps companies and institutions build, operate and improve effective enterprise-wide risk management frameworks as well as driving business growth through strategic review, operating model reorganisation and cost restructuring. He has significant board experience spanning a variety of companies predominantly in the Financial Services industry supporting government and industry growth initiatives.
He is a former FCA-certified banking executive at NatWest Bank with significant scale leadership experience developing high performing teams, enhancing enterprise risk frameworks and governance, redefining business strategy, operating model optimisation and sustainability implementation.
He is a transformational change leader with deep knowledge of underlying regulatory, legal and reputational risk frameworks across the Financial Services sector managing key external stakeholders such as Government bodies, Regulators and Unions.
Across 2014-18, Lee led and delivered NatWest’s largest ever transformational change programme integrating five businesses and 1,500+ people under common leadership, technology and risk standards by creating new centres of excellence across India delivering major process efficiencies and cost savings to the organisation.
He is currently a Non-Executive Director of LLSE, one of the leading providers of NPQs to the Education sector and a Trustee of the children’s disability support charity BOSP having also served on the Business Development Board of health charity Ovarian Cancer Action.
He holds numerous qualifications from the Chartered Banker.
